Vocational Rehab Services Manager
Tracey Kibble
Over the past 30 years, Tracey has supported individuals with disabilities to develop, return to, and/or maintain meaningful activities in their families, workplaces, and communities. She has worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health challenges, and acquired brain injuries, as well as persons with acute and chronic health conditions, who have been in motor vehicle or workplace accidents, or who have been medically released from the Canadian Armed Forces. Tracey believes in an interdisciplinary, holistic, biopsychosocial approach to vocational rehabilitation, focusing on functional skill development, evidence-based practice, objective program evaluation, and valued community membership for all individuals. Tracey is currently the president of VRA Canada (Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada).
Tracey enjoys working with clients and teams all across the country. Her areas of specialization include vocational rehabilitation case management and disability management, program development and evaluation, training and curriculum design, job development and capacity building, clinical assessments, and labor market analyses.
