Disability Management Services

Our vision of Disability Management is based on preventative and early intervention strategies with three primary overlapping principles of service, including workplace culture and transformational leadership, stay-at-work programs, and proactive return to work support. Metrics’ services and strategies are embedded with a strong RTW focus emphasizing the well-established principle that work is healthy, as well as the importance of early identification of critical return to work indicators.
